These terms govern your use of this website. They are not your rental agreement — if you rent a vehicle from us, a separate signed rental agreement controls that relationship.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

2. What This Website Is

This site provides information about Opportunity Tree Auto Group's vehicle rental and sales services and lets you submit an inquiry or application. Submitting a form does not create a contract, reserve a vehicle, or guarantee approval. All rentals and sales are subject to availability, our eligibility requirements, and a separate signed agreement.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site accurate, but pricing, availability, vehicle descriptions, and service areas can change without notice, and errors happen. Rates described as "starting at" or "expected from" are indicative, not offers. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. Vehicle sales inventory shown as "coming soon" is not currently available for purchase.

No offer of securities. Information on this site about partnering or investing with OTAG is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product, and it is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Any investment relationship with OTAG is private, individually negotiated, and governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Photographs on this site may be stock imagery used for illustration and may not depict actual inventory.

This site links to other websites, including our affiliated Opportunity Tree services and gig platforms such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Amazon Flex. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Reference to any platform does not imply that platform endorses or is affiliated with OTAG.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTAG and its owners, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed rental or investment agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OTAG harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your home jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
